About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of ZOLL’s national sales strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Translate the company’s commercial vision into clear tactical plans.
  • Own the national sales forecast and pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting through Salesforce.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and product expansion channels.
  • Oversee pricing strategy, discounting practices, and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage, mentor, and empower a high-performing, diverse sales team.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key customer relationships.
  • Drive growth in both established and emerging market segments.
  • Ensure the team operates in full compliance with ZOLL’s Code of Conduct, industry regulations, and local legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 7–10 years) in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing national sales teams across complex markets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop talent.
  • Excellent strategic planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High level of business and financial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across ANZ.
  • Prior experience in emergency medicine, cardiac care, or acute hospital settings (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with public and private hospital procurement systems in Australia and New Zealand (Desirable).
  • Experience working within a matrixed, multinational organisation (Desirable).
