About the role

  • Analyze and re-engineer the end-to-end sales and post-sale process to eliminate friction, drive efficiency, and create a seamless experience for our partners.
  • Architect and manage the sales technology stack, leading the evaluation and implementation of new tools to provide a competitive edge.
  • Ensure full end-to-end understanding of data flow between both proprietary and 3rd party systems including nuances and intricacies in order to identify efficiencies.
  • Own the strategic direction of our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows to support the entire sales and account management lifecycle.
  • Implement mechanisms for productivity and activity tracking across media planning, sales and account management teams.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards on key sales and account performance metrics, translating data into strategic recommendations including account tiering and scoring methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance on sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota-setting processes, ensuring operational rigor.
  • Own pipeline hygiene, including accuracy of the sales pipeline data, analyzing aged opportunities and pipeline velocity.
  • Analyze high-level performance trends to inform decisions around account assignment and operational changes and refinements to the team's playbook.
  • Work with the finance team to develop the execution and go-forward strategy for placement yield optimization based on analysis.
  • Lead the onboarding operations for all new team members, ensuring training, processes, and documentation is continually kept up to date.
  • Lead enablement strategy for new process implementation or system integrations.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product leaders, driving alignment and ensuring the successful execution of company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar strategic role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (Salesforce Admin certification is a strong plus).
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and deep experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing successful, large-scale sales processes and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and motivate a team.
  • A highly autonomous and proactive work ethic, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep experience in digital media, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is strongly preferred.
