About the role
- Perform risk management for production processes by P-FMEA tool
- Documentation and tracking of measures for risk mitigation and proving their effectiveness by failure simulations
- Perform interface P-FMEAs with system partners and suppliers
- Ensure Lessons Learned transfer into P-FMEA for prototype and serial phase
- Evaluation of the list of special characteristics for in-house parts and assembly
- Budget planning for internal measuring system as input for Q project management
Requirements
- Deep product and process knowledge
- Skills in moderation of interdisciplinary teams and conflict resolution
- Expert in PFMEA software tools
