About the role
- Manage Quality Planning for new & key changes to achieve Safe Launch, Quality KPIs Targets and Customer Satisfaction
- Drive the understanding of Customer requirements related to quality planning such as safe launch planning, Process Readiness Audit, etc.) to ensure SOP readiness and safe launch
- Drive completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval
- Drive the identification of lessons learned and the implementation of read-across activities, generating new lessons learned in the preSOP phase
- Coordination of the processing of 0km complaints, support problem solving, Error analysis, definition, implementation and effectiveness check of remedial and improvement measures, avoidance of repeat errors
- GEMBA problem solving methods - cooperation with the employees on site
- Creation and implementation of quality concepts, work and process instructions
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in quality planning, quality management systems, quality tools, and methods
- Deep understanding of the ZF GDPEP process and quality standards
- Solid technical background regarding similar product technologies
- Problem-solving skills
- Min 3 years’ experience on automotive manufacturing quality area
- Fluent English, German is an asset
- Knowledge and experience on APQP / PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5S - 6 Sigma, Kaizen is preferred
- Knowledge about SAP usage is preferred
- Ability to use Office Programs very well and effectively
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Good team player, result-oriented, analytical thinker.
