About the role
- Contribute to ensuring measure-based steering of the financial key figures on all organizational levels (factory, product line, domain, division)
- Conduct analyses, assessments, and develop decision proposals based on data and information from group reporting and divisional measures reporting
- In line with operational planning, determine the measurement requirement, conduct validation and tracking of measures to ensure financial target achievement
- Assume role as key user for the measure tracking system, including identification and implementing automated solutions for measure tracking
- Organize measure management process and provide guidance and support to organizational units in preparing Financial Performance Reviews
Requirements
- BA degree in Business with system affinity or Business Informatics degree
- Several years of experience in a Finance/Controlling environment, preferably in plant controlling/automobile industry
- Excellent analytical skills, understanding of the price and cost-determining parameters, and ability to transparently convey complex topics
- Very good communication and presentation skills in an international context (English and preferably German)
- Interest in working in an internationally operating team
- Enthusiast for new technology trends (Automation and system interfaces)
