About the role
- Work with Key Account Managers (KAMs), to create and update promotional plans for assigned retailers.
- Maintain and update contract tracking system for all existing events.
- Provide reporting on all aspects of retail promotions to include distribution tracking, pricing, new items, and others as requested.
- Partner with KAMs in preparing for retailer meetings, sales presentations, and internal business reviews.
- Maintain retailer promotions and portal contact list, login details, and procedures for all retailers.
- Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities to become the subject matter expert for all promotional planning, and primary point of contact for all retail promotional administration.
- Prepare and publish post-promotion analysis in alignment with revenue management team.
Requirements
- Representation and experience with a successful history in the East Coast Region.
- Preferred 3-5 years prior experience with CPG promotion management.
- NetSuite Experience is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align priorities to achieve objectives of the role.
- Must demonstrate good problem-solving ability and initiative in finding workable solutions to complex problems affecting multiple users of shared data.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work frequently with team to ensure understanding and alliance on initiatives.
- Demonstrates strong computer knowledge skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Prior experience using a TPM system preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and has a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
