Account Executive

• Map and prospect new opportunities with established construction companies and real estate developers.
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Present the Zeplin portfolio and demonstrate the consultative value of the solutions (structure + installations + BIM).
• Participate in preparing commercial proposals and support scope definition with the technical team, as well as lead negotiations.
• Maintain and update the CRM with pipeline, forecasts, metrics, and opportunity statuses.
• Monitor real estate market trends and propose commercial positioning strategies.
• Generate commercial performance reports and strategic insights for senior management.
• Work closely with marketing and technical coordination to strengthen the sales funnel.
