About the role
- Responsible for working with the business units to coordinate various software implementation activities between the business owners and technical teams.
- Work closely with SMEs to ensure business requirements are met.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Work closely with PMO in Scrum of Scrum to solve dependencies and Sprint Issues.
- Familiarity with data interfaces for import/export of data
- Familiarity with automation of business processes
- Develop training material and facilitate learning sessions.
- Excellent at relationship building and ability to communicate, present to a wide range of people.
