About the role
- Effectively close sales by connecting with current and prospective ZenBusiness customers
- Follow up with outbound calls to current and prospective customers
- Assist customers by phone and email inquiries to help move the progress of the sale forward
- Make at least 60 outbound calls daily
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
- Update customer information within Salesforce and TalkDesk during and after each customer contact
- Stay updated on product knowledge and take the initiative to expand industry knowledge
- Maintain high-call quality standards at all times
- Meet quarterly sales targets and individual goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- History and proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, and a great team player.
- Be comfortable with change and uncertainty in a fast-paced office environment.
- You’ve been a part of a metric-driven environment.
- MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus!
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
