About the role

  • Effectively close sales by connecting with current and prospective ZenBusiness customers
  • Follow up with outbound calls to current and prospective customers
  • Assist customers by phone and email inquiries to help move the progress of the sale forward
  • Make at least 60 outbound calls daily
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
  • Update customer information within Salesforce and TalkDesk during and after each customer contact
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and take the initiative to expand industry knowledge
  • Maintain high-call quality standards at all times
  • Meet quarterly sales targets and individual goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • History and proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, and a great team player.
  • Be comfortable with change and uncertainty in a fast-paced office environment.
  • You’ve been a part of a metric-driven environment.
  • MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus!
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
