About the role
- Investigation on techniques to simulate/model aperiodic metasurfaces
- Determination of specific properties of aperiodic versus periodic metasurfaces for given applications (metric and merit function definition, computing cost)
- Comparison of theoretical and experimental results
- Documentation of the algorithms developed and results
Requirements
- A background in Electromagnetism (interferometry, scattering, ...) and/or mathematics (topology, discrete and combinatorial geometry, mathematical crystallography, ...)
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in one of the above subjects
- Experience in these fields is a plus
- Applied knowledge in Python and /or MATLAB
