• Conduct individual, couples, and group counseling
• Provide assessment and short-term counseling services as part of CNIC Fleet and Family Support Program
• Ensure appropriate behavioral health follow-up for clients
• Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and referral of clients
• Provide ongoing assessments and safety planning for clients in the SAIL program

Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or clinical psychology
Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent clinical practice
Minimum of two years of full-time, post-master’s supervised clinical experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience providing counseling for groups, couples, and/or families
Ability to manage large clinical caseloads and meet documentation requirements
