About the role
- Process international customer orders;
- Monitor mandatory export sales documentation with customers and customs brokers;
- Track shipments until border crossing or port loading;
- Obtain quotes and request bookings with shipping lines (carriers);
- Manage customer portfolio;
- Manage and monitor international sales processes;
- Issue and verify invoices (Nota Fiscal);
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, or Business Administration;
- Basic knowledge of export procedures;
- Familiarity with SAP and OneSource (desirable);
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- English required;
- Spanish is a plus;
