About the role

  • Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure
  • Work closely with engineering and product peers
  • Build, optimize, and secure cloud-based systems
  • Focus on SRE, DevOps, and cloud-focused software engineering projects
  • Responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing cloud-based production systems
  • Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of our platform

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering (SRE) roles
  • Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch
  • Understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and firewall configurations
  • Ability to automate routine tasks and improve system reliability
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and networks
  • You have successfully mentored other engineers
  • You are comfortable working in a distributed team
  • You communicate well both synchronously and asynchronously
