• **What you will do **
• As a leader, you will recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Collections Agents, inspiring and motivating them to consistently meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs. You will provide ongoing coaching through regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and team sessions, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.
• In this role, you will oversee daily collections activities across multiple lending geographies, handle escalated or complex customer cases with professionalism and empathy, and work closely with Customer Success and other departments to resolve issues and embed best practices.
• You will drive efficiency through process improvements and the smart use of data and automation, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies, FCA guidelines, and TCF principles. Using data and analytics, you will monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions, while championing fair customer outcomes and sustainable repayment solutions.
