About the role

  • Develop and execute sales plans with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to key customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions from Xylem’s Water Infrastructure portfolio.
  • Identify tender opportunities and future projects, building a strong industrial sales pipeline and promoting Xylem products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and deliver actionable reports and account plans to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Sales team, participate in campaigns and events, and maintain accurate updates in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the Municipal/ Utility sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in sales, engineering, or business are highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and effective relationship building skills.
  • Comprehensive market knowledge and proficient client management.
