About the role
- Design and own the regional training strategy, setting KPIs and driving results
- Orchestrate content production, and excel at delivering live training and presentations
- Build strong relationships with Go-To-Market teams, regional stakeholders, and global content creators
- Analyze metrics to refine and optimize our offerings for maximum impact
- Continuously refresh and enhance the curriculum, translating customer needs into compelling interactive learning experiences.
Requirements
- Proven track record in developing/delivering dynamic live education content
- Extensive experience in public speaking and delivering high-impact presentations
- Expert stakeholder and project management
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to translate needs into engaging product stories
- SaaS, accounting, or small business experience is a plus.
