About the role
- Work closely with our customers to ensure our ERP solution meets their requirements
- Focus on translating business processes into Xentral's logic, particularly in the areas of bills of materials, pricing, procurement and production
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to provide customers with the best possible support during onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Collect sales and product requests in a structured and prioritized manner to ensure we can meet our customers' needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT or technical field and at least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and working with ERP systems
- Strong project management skills
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and implementing technical solutions, ideally in e-commerce
- Proactive, customer-focused work style and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluent in German and English
