About the role
- Conduct regular on-site wound rounds to provide guidance and assess wound progression
- Ensure continuous availability of supplies and dressings
- Maintain close contact with your clients (outpatient care services, care facilities)
- Regularly consult with treating physicians to inform them about current wound status and provide therapy recommendations
- Work closely with our internal office to support prescription management
- Build networks with other professional groups to ensure comprehensive wound care
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
- Experience in managing chronic wounds desirable
- Customer- and patient-oriented mindset and approach
- Business acumen
- Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Valid driving license (Class B)
