About the role
- Professional management of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives or caregivers
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and professional guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Valid Class B driving licence
