About the role
- Build and develop a field team of up to 20 wound care specialists
- Lead, supervise, support and foster employees in the assigned territory and build a strong team
- Conduct and coordinate training sessions and onboarding
- Expand and maintain the care network for chronic wounds
- Regular communication with the company's internal network
- Acquisition and support of nursing and home-care services
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse (adult or pediatric), geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing professional
- Completed further training as a Wound Care Specialist and Wound Therapist, or willingness to complete these qualifications
- Initial leadership experience and experience in a similar field-based role is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with an independent and team-oriented working style
- Good IT/user application skills
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
