About the role
- Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the entire production process.
- Document and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement of our products.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and optimize production processes.
- Train and support staff on quality-related topics.
Requirements
- Completed technical training as a mechatronics technician/electronics technician (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in mechanical engineering.
- Solid knowledge of quality management systems and methods.
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
