About the role

  • You will drive Unity-based application development and collaborate with your team to bring the product to life
  • ・Leading the design, development and operation of applications, and ensuring product quality
  • ・Integration of proprietary technologies into applications and implementation of technical enhancements to improve reliability and stability
  • ・Continuously improve user experience during operations
  • ・Plan and execute testing strategies, including test case design, system-level testing, and issue resolution
  • ・Conduct code reviews and manage configuration and release processes to maintain software integrity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Unity application development experience
  • Experience with both V-model and agile software development process
  • Experience in software configuration management and setting up and maintaining automated testing environments
  • Experience designing and implementing applications that communicate with the back end system
  • Proficiency in one of the following language combinations:
  • ・Business-level English and conversational Japanese, or
  • ・Business-level Japanese and conversational English
