About the role
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools)
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
