About the role

  • Own and lead the entire private sector business line.
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy to drive scalable growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients and partners.
  • Lead acquisition of new strategic accounts.
  • Develop and refine sales and customer success processes for high-impact SaaS engagements.
  • Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and account performance.
  • Build a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, customer success, marketing and operations.
  • Drive operational excellence with a focus on measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Report directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates and business forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other business unit leaders (e.g., product, tech, public sector) to align on company-wide objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven executive experience in Enterprise SaaS, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
  • Background in consumer Insights and/or management consulting within related sectors is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Native or fluent English; any other European language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a P&L and leading cross-functional teams in international environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B subscription models and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client workshops and industry conferences.
