About the role
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinic sites
- Supervise nurse practitioners and community health staff
- Support advanced practice nursing students and MSW interns
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR – Practice Fusion) and telehealth tools
- Collect and report outcomes to federal agencies
- Represent the clinic in community partnerships and outreach efforts
- Contribute to scholarly research and publications
Requirements
- A licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) (CA RN + APRN) with 5+ years in healthcare leadership
- Passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities
- Experienced in managing teams or grant-funded programs
- Collaborative, hands-on, and ready to travel between Los Angeles and San Diego
- Skilled communicator and motivator who thrives in dynamic environments
- Master of Science in Nursing (Doctoral degree preferred)
- Active California FNP License, DEA, NPI, and Furnishing Number
- 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Background in education, grant management, or community health preferred
