About the role
- Support the organisation in achieving strategic objectives by identifying business requirements
- Develop business requirements addressing problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution viability
- Create business cases and conduct feasibility studies
- Report on project progress and ensure delivery within budget
- Create operational design and process designs
- Support change management activities and ensure solutions are embedded in the organisation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Understanding differing delivery models – Agile, Kanban and Standups
- Experience within a financial services institution
- Skills in C4 diagramming and visual presentation
- Understanding of electronic payments, both customer present and not present.
