About the role
- Transform raw data into useful and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the bank
- Delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions including multi-dimensional database models, data marts, data warehousing, data transforms, data analytics, and reporting solutions
- Execution of data extraction, cleansing and maintenance initiatives from a range of resources
- Development of data models, dashboards and reports to communicate the banks key business KPIs
- Monitoring KPIs against established objectives and benchmarks to identify trends
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions
Requirements
- Workday report development skills especially in report writer
- Should have led a team of Workday report developers
- Experience in implementing Workday reporting/Analytics modules and/or driving report migration or design/build in financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in technology
