About the role
- Develop and implement a sales enablement plan aligned with business objectives, market priorities, and growth strategies.
- Work with business groups and business development to create enablement plans that support external sales objectives.
- Support the development and lead the delivery of business group key messages.
- Create and maintain high-quality, tailored sales materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and other client-facing content.
- Take complex, technical topics and turn them into compelling content to drive external sales.
- Design and deploy training programs that enhance the effectiveness of sales in articulating value propositions and delivering key messages.
- Manage and deliver strategic client engagement activities such as seminars, workshops, and networking events to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar sales enablement, business development, communications or marketing role, preferably within the energy industry, but not critical.
- Experience with Sales Enablement platforms such as Showpad is preferable.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of regional enablement initiatives.
- Deep understanding of customer value propositions, market dynamics, and internal/external stakeholder needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proofreading and editing capability.
