Content Marketing Manager

• Lead and manage a team to integrate Lippincott and NurseTim content across a nursing curriculum
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with clinical standards and commercial goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, DISs, NECs, and product teams to support client integration and adoption
• Ensure continuous improvement in quality through rigorous review of services delivered, stakeholder feedback, and adherence to evidence-based practices and corporate philosophy
• Represent the team in high-level meetings, advocating for strategic initiatives and operational excellence
• Deliver thought leadership through webinars, workshops, presentations, and other educational formats
• Monitor industry trends and research to inform content development and innovation
• Support professional development and accountability within the team
• Report to the Associate Director, Clinical Content
• Travel 30–40% for client collaboration, training, mentoring, and conferences
