About the role
- Identify and engage prospective clients within the asset management and alternatives space. Utilize a consultative approach to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in maximizing the value of our CRM.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position Foliometrics in the market.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecast opportunities, and track performance against targets using our CRM system.
- Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to enhance personal performance and contribute to team success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM sales, preferably selling related solutions in the financial services or asset management industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving client needs and market conditions.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and supporting collective goals.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for helping clients succeed and a desire to contribute positively to the team culture.
