About the role

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of accuracy and empathy.
  • Guide customers through the booking process and answer service-related questions.
  • Resolve issues or escalate when necessary using established protocols.
  • Assist customers with navigating our website and digital tools.
  • Manage time effectively while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work in coordination with internal departments to support customer needs.
  • Deliver a service experience that promotes brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level required).
  • Prior experience virtual home in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • A strong work ethic, punctuality, and organizational skills.
  • High-speed internet, a reliable desktop or laptop, and a noise-canceling headset.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home to handle calls without interruptions.
  • Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends if needed.
