About the role

  • Lead the delivery of predictable revenue growth via pricing management initiatives
  • Maximize revenue and EBITDA potential through product management, sales, marketing, and call center optimization
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, sales teams, marketing, operations, call center, and finance to ensure alignment of revenue strategies across all channels and markets
  • Oversee the creation of revenue and pricing forecasts and establish performance metrics
  • Partner with operations, sales, marketing, and call center leadership to improve sales productivity and monitor performance
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue management team
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in revenue management, sales leadership, or business operations within the construction, home services, or window replacement industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Extensive experience with performance management, process optimization, and change management
