About the role
- Lead the delivery of predictable revenue growth via pricing management initiatives
- Maximize revenue and EBITDA potential through product management, sales, marketing, and call center optimization
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales teams, marketing, operations, call center, and finance to ensure alignment of revenue strategies across all channels and markets
- Oversee the creation of revenue and pricing forecasts and establish performance metrics
- Partner with operations, sales, marketing, and call center leadership to improve sales productivity and monitor performance
- Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue management team
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in revenue management, sales leadership, or business operations within the construction, home services, or window replacement industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Extensive experience with performance management, process optimization, and change management
