About the role
- Lead the product strategy for our Circular Connectors within the Precision Connections Group
- Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap and strategic plan that aligns with business goals
- Drive sales growth and expand profitability
- Balance market insight, cross-functional leadership, and strategic vision for competitiveness
- Track progress to the business strategic plan and facilitate resolution of gaps
- Establish and develop close relationships with key customers and distributors
- Develop product strategies to meet/exceed market growth and customer needs
- Execute pricing strategy to maintain profitability targets
- Deliver sustained profitable growth
- Champion new product development to drive NPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable
- Minimum 5 -10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, highly preferably within Defense or Space markets
- Product Management, Business Development /sales experience within Defense, Space, or Medical markets
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products
- Experience in developing & executing growth strategies
- Effective and concise communication
- Strong knowledge and experience building strategic plans for new production introduction (NPI), Justification details, and ROI analysis
