Financial Planning and Analysis

• You will independently handle accounting tasks, such as preparing and posting invoices and assisting with the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• You will process ongoing bookkeeping, record accounts payable and receivable transactions, and post credit card statements, bank statements and cash books.
• You will support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and work closely with our controlling team and external tax advisor/accounting firm.
• You are responsible for monitoring and executing payment transactions and managing dunning processes.
• You will review and code incoming invoices and ensure timely payment.
• You will maintain and manage fixed asset accounting and ensure that all investments are correctly recorded and depreciated.
• You will identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and help make our financial workflows more efficient.
• You will act as a point of contact for colleagues, the tax advisor/accounting firm and auditors on all accounting and tax-related matters.
