About the role
- Review, enhance, and implement the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OFSC requirements
- Lead certification, recertification, and audit processes while maintaining strong document control and governance frameworks
- Partner with key stakeholders to embed IMS best practices across projects and corporate functions
- Promote continuous improvement and deliver training programs to build capability and compliance awareness across teams
- Monitor IMS performance data and risks, producing executive-level dashboards and reports
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing and managing Integrated Management Systems
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, OFSC accreditation, and Australian legislative compliance
- Proven experience in auditing, certification, and risk management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
- Proficient in managing software interfaces and data systems (Procore experience desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality, Safety, Environmental, or Construction Management
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001
