About the role
- Quickly understand and navigate customer processes.
- Take ownership and responsibility for error-free delivery to production.
- Identify and document issues even when specifications cannot fully verify them.
- Communicate effectively with key users and developers.
- Create process documentation and process diagrams.

- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
