About the role
- Prepare and maintain access documentation for each country, nuclear facility, and participating resource.
- Handle deployment notifications for international projects.
- Register and manage all received documents and certificates in internal systems, including mail handling.
- Issue certificates and supporting documentation.
- Manage radiation dose tracking and registration.
- Plan and maintain internal and external training programs.
- Schedule and book occupational health checks and ensure all required health and fitness certificates are in place.
- Provide administrative, strategic, and operational support to the CEO, management team, and project managers.
- Handle company, supplier, and personnel qualifications.
- Act as security contact within the organization, manage visitor access, and ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation and export control laws.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish labor laws and company EHS standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Projects Administrator in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
- Experience in an international business environment
- Proficiency in internet navigation for information gathering.
- Result orientation.
- Not essential, but helpful: Experience with SAP and CAD systems.
- Interest in IT technology
