About the role
- Monitor and dispatch outage trouble calls
- Analyze outage calls to determine problem location
- Prioritize emergency and non-outage work for first responders
- Talk with customers to address power issues
- Handle multiple tasks while managing constantly changing priorities
- Analyze large data sets and develop action plans
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Customer service skills with prior experience in a long-term hands-on operations analyst role supporting internal and external clients
- Dispatch skills (911 operations centers, utilities operations centers, etc.)
