About the role
- Serve as part of the Early Career Talent leadership team
- Partner with executives, HR leadership, and hiring leaders to develop strategies for early career recruiting
- Oversee global team of program managers
- Manage a cohesive program for interns, new college graduates, and other workforce initiatives
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities
- Oversee strategy, solutions & operations enablement team
Requirements
- 8+ years experience within Early Career / Emerging Talent Recruiting
- Extensive focus on program management, event management, and recruiting delivery
- At least 5 years people leader experience with direct reports and global experience
- Global experience required within talent acquisition function
