About the role

  • Serve as part of the Early Career Talent leadership team
  • Partner with executives, HR leadership, and hiring leaders to develop strategies for early career recruiting
  • Oversee global team of program managers
  • Manage a cohesive program for interns, new college graduates, and other workforce initiatives
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities
  • Oversee strategy, solutions & operations enablement team

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience within Early Career / Emerging Talent Recruiting
  • Extensive focus on program management, event management, and recruiting delivery
  • At least 5 years people leader experience with direct reports and global experience
  • Global experience required within talent acquisition function
