About the role
- Leadership: You take direct leadership responsibility and are accountable for growing and developing a team of up to five people.

- Performance Analysis & Monitoring: You and your team are responsible for the performance of our hardware systems for parking-space monitoring and identify anomalies in detail. Your team understands processes holistically and can demonstrate relationships with data.
- Process & Product Improvements: You contribute to improving company-wide processes and monitor the implementation and success of product enhancements.
- Cooperation: You work with the team leads across the Operations department and coordinate interfaces with other departments, particularly Engineering.
- KPIs: Together with your team, you are responsible for defining and achieving the team’s objectives.
Requirements
- Background: You hold a degree in Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations, as an Operations Data Analyst, or in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Leadership: You have already taken on initial leadership responsibility or have experience building a team in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Know-How: You have technical understanding of hardware and software and strong analytical skills in working with data and numbers. You also bring advanced Excel skills and basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python), as well as experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase, or Looker).
- Solution-Oriented: You work result-oriented, proactively contribute ideas and solutions, and have a strong understanding of operational processes and their impact on other teams and the company.
- Communication: You have excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1); you communicate concisely, can discuss technical topics with the Engineering team, and explain them clearly to others.
