About the role
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyze and optimize digital advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to create engaging, targeted advertising materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and report key KPIs to management.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- You should have at least 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads is a must.
- Experience in planning and executing online marketing campaigns is required.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable recommendations are expected.
- Teamwork and strong communication skills are important to collaborate successfully with other departments.
