• Serve as WECC’s resident expert in electromagnetic transient (EMT) models and analyses
• Lead the implementation of WECC’s EMT strategy
• Develop stakeholder partnerships for EMT model development and analysis
• Propose and lead the development of reliability models
• Provide technical leadership and partnership with various industry groups
• Support development of new software tools and processes
• Deliver clear presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor other engineers and analysts
• Monitor and improve applications in functional areas
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of work products
