About the role
- Own Marketplace strategy across pricing, payouts, supply, and expansion into new asset types (templates, libraries, and beyond)
- Use data driven frameworks and analytical thinking to approach opportunities and share insights with the broader leadership team
- Conduct experiments to identify optimizations and future roadmap initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design improvements to the Marketplace user and creator experiences
- Guide and align asset review teams, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency
- Champion the creator community, gathering insights and translating feedback into actionable strategy
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Have 7+ years of experience in an operations, product, strategy, or similar role
- You have a proven track record of driving strategy from ideation through execution
- You are data driven and are proficient in SQL
- You are comfortable building solutions with low code/no code software
- You are process-oriented and have an eye for simple solutions
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
