About the role

  • Be the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners (ex. HubSpot, Adobe), managing joint business planning, executive alignment, and operational coordination
  • Lead the entire lifecycle for new strategic partnerships - from strategy, sourcing, contract negotiation, execution, to ongoing relationship management
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Webflow’s internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product integrations between Webflow and market leading technologies. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and launch joint solutions
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to launch impactful co-marketing initiatives like joint content, events, webinars, case studies and more
  • Drive mutual co-selling success between Webflow and select technology partners
  • Create, track and report on KPIs tied to each partnership including integration usage, influenced revenue, and campaign performance
  • Stay informed on partner roadmaps, ecosystem trends, and strategic shifts - feeding insights back into Webflow’s roadmap and ecosystem strategy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and/or alliance management - preferably at a high growth software company
  • Proven success driving strategic, multi-year partnerships that sit across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams both internally and externally
  • Deep understanding of how to identify, scope, and launch successful product integrations that leverage public and private APIs
  • Experience developing and executing co-marketing and co-selling motions with large partners that deliver impactful results
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Crossbeam, Affinity and Loom
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of no-code, web design, or content management systems (CMS) and/or experience launching integrations in marketplaces like Adobe Exchange, HubSpot App Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, and/or Salesforce App Exchange
Benefits
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) and their dependents. Full-time employees may also be eligible for voluntary insurance options where applicable in the respective country of employment
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers, as well as an additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability leave for birthing parents to be used before child bonding leave (note: where local requirements are more generous, employees receive the greater benefit); full-time employees also have access to family planning care and reimbursement
  • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program
  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program
  • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness
  • 401k plan or pension schemes (in countries where statutorily required), and other financial wellness benefits, like CPA and financial advisor coverage
