About the role
- Build Custom LLM Automations & Agents for GTM: Design, build, and ship custom LLM/GPT apps that speed up GTM workflows.
- Architect AI System Integrations: Stand up scalable tooling infrastructure that connects AI platforms (currently:,., OpenAI, Gemini, Google Gemini, Glean, NotebookLM, AWS Bedrock, Zapier, Workato, GCP, Pinecone, and more...) to core tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Outreach.
- Translate GTM Pain Into AI Workflows: Work across teams to map real GTM problems into intelligent, AI-backed automations – balance user experience, scalability, and business impact.
- Own Full-Stack AI Builds: From prototyping with APIs & webhooks to internal cloud function deployment – own the full build cycle and make systems talk to each other.
- Document & Enable AI Tools: Create docs, guides, and demos that help both technical and non-technical folks adopt, trust, and troubleshoot your builds.
- Run AI Experiments at Scale: Lead hands-on R&D with context engineering, varying RAG inputs, lightweight model tuning, and multimodal tools to find creative solutions to big GTM challenges.
- Drive Ethical AI Practices: Track usage, flag risks, and support responsible evaluation as AI becomes embedded in more of our GTM stack.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Bring 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in a technical GTM, Revenue Operations, or Automation Engineering role, and must have supported Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams within a SaaS environment.
- Align AI with business impact: You design AI solutions that directly serve Revenue goals — knowing what matters to Sales, CS, and Marketing, and building with those outcomes in mind.
- Have an advanced AI foundation: You’re fluent in LLMs (and their APIs), vector databases, advanced context engineering, and RAG - - and know how to combine them effectively. You bring a growing toolkit of Agents, AI Workflows, Custom GPTs, and Gems to every project.
- Code and connect systems confidently: You’re fluent in Python, or similar scripting languages. You design with and around APIs, webhooks, and integrate systems seamlessly.
- Understand GTM architecture: You’ve worked with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Workato, and understand how GTM systems interconnect — where data flows, where things break, and what RevOps actually needs.
- Balance autonomy with rigor: You’re highly self-directed and build responsibly - - maintaining enterprise-grade standards for access control, data security, and compliance without letting them slow you down.
- Collaborate across teams: You’re a strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments, bringing technical and non-technical teams together to deliver results.
- Have the receipts: You can point to internal tools, automation frameworks, or side projects that demonstrate your ability to move fast and solve real business problems.
- Stay curious and evolving: You’re constantly learning and experimenting with emerging technologies — using AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
