About the role
- Lead day-to-day program management for new in-person experiences, from planning through launch and operations.
- Develop operating models, playbooks, and SOPs for staffing, training, and client engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Finance, CX) to align and execute.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, including F&B, tech, and service providers.
- Oversee reporting, and KPI measurement tied to acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
- Coordinate on-site activations, community programming, and experiential events.
- Oversee event programming for both retail spaces and experiential pop-ups, ensuring experiences reflect brand values and drive measurable impact.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing retail operations once spaces are live.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in retail operations
- Proven ability to launch and operate premium experiential or client-facing spaces
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and retail ops
- Strength in building SOPs, training programs, and scalable operating models
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working at the intersection of brand and operations
- Financial acumen and ability to track and report on KPIs
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in physical environments.
