About the role

  • As a Cloud Manager, you are part of the central DS (Digital Services) division at WBS GRUPPE and actively shape the digital education landscape
  • Administration, monitoring and optimization of Microsoft Azure environments
  • Management of Azure resources, subscriptions and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Implementation and operation of hybrid cloud solutions (Azure + on‑premises)
  • Ensuring availability, performance and security of the cloud infrastructure
  • Automation of routine tasks using PowerShell or Azure CLI
  • Support for backup strategies, disaster recovery and monitoring
  • Collaboration with internal teams to further develop the cloud architecture

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in Azure administration
  • Structured, solution‑oriented working style and a proactive mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical requirements clearly
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and a willingness to continually develop your skills
  • Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and Kubernetes
