Requirements

  • Several years of professional, sales and project experience in management consulting with a focus on program, portfolio and project management.
  • Experience in setting up and steering project and innovation processes for customer-oriented requirements and change management.
  • Future-oriented mindset and experience in leading, coaching and developing distributed or virtual teams.
  • Proven sales and presales capabilities as well as relevant experience in tender and proposal processes.
  • Empathy, strong communication skills, team spirit and excellent methodological skills in facilitation, change management and team development.
  • Business-fluent German and English skills and the necessary willingness to travel as a consultant.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Systemic Coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
