• Contribute thinking to briefs, helping to shape strategic platforms and creative routes.
• Lead brainstorms, injecting fresh ideas and experiential thinking rooted in cultural relevance.
• Prepare compelling, well-crafted presentations and narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Own Projects from Concept to Curtain-Down: Set up and manage project plans, timelines, workflows, documentation, scheduling and reporting.
• Oversee onsite delivery at festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, food & drink events and cultural activations.
• Manage budgets from start to finish, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, profitability and financial control.
• Handle venue sourcing, contracting, H&S documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate production partners, staffing agencies, suppliers and third-party specialists.
• Optimise, Learn & Grow: Set KPIs and lead campaign evaluation, producing learnings and case studies that elevate our work.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, advocating for Wasserman Live’s full suite of services.
• Foster strong internal collaboration, drawing on expertise across the wider Wasserman network.
