About the role
- Support the Vice President of Talent Relations in talent recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborate with agent and manager teams to enhance talent relations
- Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities
- Manage deal execution and negotiations
- Assist in talent identification across various cultural areas
- Design and execute programming to foster engagement with talent
- Partner with legal and operations teams for onboarding
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Twitch and Facebook
- 1–3 years of talent management or influencer marketing experience, preferably within an agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong knowledge of emerging media platforms
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High emotional intelligence with proven ability to build relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel 20% of the time
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
